SJI Jackson recently completed the sale of 21 Rock Hill Rd in Bala Cynwyd. This investment opportunity featured over an acre of land with easy access to route 76 and 23 in Lower Merion Township. The property was previously utilized as a storage facility and machine shop. The 5,504 SF building was sold for $1,050,000 million reflecting a price of $190 per square foot.
