The four respective properties comprised a total sale value of $1,050,000 million. The sale price reflected an average cost of $80+ per square foot. The portfolio totaled 16 units and included a mix of both two and three-story apartment buildings. The properties were in close proximity to Gloucester Catholic High School and various other retail and restaurants. This sale adds to the growing number of transactions completed by SJI Jackson in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
