SJI Jackson recently leased up the 3rd Floor of 515 S White Horse Pike. The tenant agreed to a rental rate of $24.95 per square foot. The five-year lease agreement included 3% annual escalations on top of the initial base rent. The property was built in 2009 and includes beautiful fully furnished office suites complete with a conference room and on-site parking. The rental rate reflects the increasing demand for office space in the Camden County Metro.
